Immigration Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data when you use the Immigration Tracker mobile application on iOS and Android.
Email address and password when you create an account or sign in. This data is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). We do not store your password on our own servers.
Tracker and stage data you create (e.g. visa type, process stages, dates, notes). This is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is associated with your account so you can access it across devices.
Device and usage information (e.g. device type, OS version, app version) may be collected by our service providers to operate the app, prevent abuse, and improve services.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect usage data such as app screens viewed, feature usage (e.g. creating trackers or stages), and general engagement metrics. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve it. Analytics is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase Analytics.
Advertising-related data: When you see ads in the app, Google AdMob may collect data such as advertising ID, device information, and usage data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.
If you purchase the Remove ads in-app product, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) processes the transaction. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was made and that ads should be disabled for your account; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

By using the app, you also agree to the relevant policies of these providers where applicable.
Your account and tracker data are stored on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) and are tied to your user ID. We rely on industry-standard security practices of these providers. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or other regions with similar laws, you may have additional rights (e.g. objection, restriction, lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority). Contact us to exercise these rights.
Immigration Tracker is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the app and/or on our website and will indicate the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. in-app or by email where we have it).
